14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please note: You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g. custom wigs, special color requests)
  • Personal care items (e.g. used beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Perishables (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest method is to return your original purchase and place a new order after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must meet the same return conditions: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
